For nearly 40 years, Stevens International has provided hobbies, crafts, science project supplies and toys to hundreds of successful hobby shops across the United States and overseas. We have years of experience with new store openings and can help suggest the best way to stock a hobby store. We are also an active member of the Hobby Manufacturers Association in order to help grow the hobby industry for the future.
Hobby Dealer Qualifications
Stevens International will be happy to supply your store with hobbies, crafts, and toys from our huge in-stock supply. We ask our dealers to meet a specific set of requirements:
- Your business should be a storefront operation or maintain a commercial building with regular business hours.
- Your business should have a phone number separate from your personal or mobile number.
- Your business should be listed in the Yellow Pages or in directory assistance.
- For an e-commerce business, you must have a website selling hobby products with photos and a shopping cart.
- You must have a state sales tax resale number from your home state. If you are in a state with no sales tax, a business license is sufficient.
- If you are an existing store, we ask for references within the hobby, toy or craft industry.
